The Human Resources Department at the Saudi Mining Polytechnic (SMP) seeks to attract highly trained and qualified human resources in the field of mining. The HR Department also seeks to motivate all SMP employees to work to the maximum possible capacity. This is to achieve the goals and strategy of the Institute, including training and qualifying Saudi youth in order to localize mining jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Department is also keen to activate policies and procedures to facilitate the workflow and help the Institute. The Human Resources Department also contributes to maintaining behavioral policies and work ethics. The Department also contributes to developing plans for employees to train and qualify each in his specialty. The Department is keen to provide all the needs and tools for employees and trainers.<\/p>\n
