تقدم هذه الدورة مقدمة أساسية عن أهمية التعدين للاقتصاد السعودي ومفاهيم القيمة الاقتصادية والأهمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للموارد المعدنية. كما تقدم وظائف الإدارة للتخطيط والتنظيم والهيكل التنظيمي واتخاذ القرار والإدارة الاستراتيجية والتحفيز والسيطرة إضافة الى أساسيات إدارة المشروع ومراحل التنفيذ.

Course Description

Basic introduction of the importance of mining to the Saudi economy, economic value concepts and the social and economic significance of mineral resources. It also introduces management functions of planning, organizing, organization structure, DECISION-MAKING, strategic management, motivation, and controlling. Basics of project management and execution phases.

Engineers, Managers, and anyone needs to acquire basic knowledge in Mine Management.
