تهدف هذه الدورة الى تزويد عاملي البناء المبتدئين بمعلومات حول حقوقهم ، ومسؤوليات صاحب العمل ، وكيفية تقديم شكوى وكذلك كيفية تحديد وتخفيف وتجنب ومنع المخاطر المتعلقة بالعمل في موقع العمل. يغطي التدريب مجموعة متنوعة من مخاطر السلامة والصحة الإنشائية التي قد يواجهها العامل في موقع البناء.

Course Description

This course is intended to provide ENTRY-LEVEL construction workers information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent JOB-RELATED hazards on a job site. The training covers a variety of construction safety and health hazards THAT a worker may encounter on the construction site.

Target Audience 

entry-level CONSTRUCTION workers.

Learning Outcomes

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills for identifying hazards of construction.
• Interpret and identify workers’ rights, employer’s responsibilities, and how to report and file complaints.
