Program Overview:
The Intermediate Diploma in Cement Manufacturing Technology provides comprehensive training in the field of cement production. Over the course of two years, plus an additional six months of on-the-job training, students will gain in-depth knowledge of the cement manufacturing process, from raw material extraction to finished product delivery. The curriculum covers essential topics such as the cement raw material and quarrying, chemistry of cement, instrumentation & process control, testing and quality control, and the operation of high-tech machinery used in modern cement plants. Emphasis is also placed on environmental management and sustainability practices in cement production.

Graduation Criteria:
To successfully graduate, trainees must fulfill the following criteria:
Complete All Course Units: Trainees are required to pass all unit-specific written and performance tests within the program. (Minimum Passing Grades 60%)
Complete On-the-Job Training: Trainees must successfully complete the prescribed on-the-job training period, demonstrating practical application of their skills in a professional setting.
