Truck operation training – simulation

Overview

This course is designed to provide practical training to graduate operators of the CAT 777G haul truck using mine simulators. This course progressively enhances the driving skills of dump/haul truck operators by practicing different training scenarios on general machine operation, and machine safety, Specific situations and emergencies. Furthermore it , This course provides training to reduce operator errors.

Course Description

This course is designed to provide hands on training to produce green operators of haul truck – CAT 777G by using the mine simulators. This course enhances the driving skills of mine dump/haul truck operators progressively by practicing different training scenarios on general machine operation, machine health, specific and emergency situations.Furthermore, this course provides training to reduce the specific errors of operators.

Target Audience

Field Operators, Technicians.

• Conduct proper start-up REQUIREMENTS.
• Properly use the manual retarder while operating the machine.
• Perform loading and dumping correctly.
• Properly respond to various emergency events.
